UI Architecture – Customer Facing Platforms (Navi Trezo: Credit Line on UPI) - Created and scaled front-end infrastructure for Navi Trezo, an enterprise credit-line-on-UPI suite serving 68K+ total users and supporting 10K+ active daily users across end-to-end account management, KYC onboarding, and multi-bank bill payments. Architected an SSR framework using Next.js Server Components and a custom state synchronization layer, eliminating client-side hydration mismatches and accelerating page load metrics. Integrated complex onboarding SDKs (Document Capture, Aadhaar eKYC, Video KYC, Cashfree Payments) with an optimized pre-init warmup strategy, drastically reducing cold-start latency drop-offs. Developed core KYC and customer journey screens, engineering robust state synchronization to cleanly handle browser refresh, back navigation, API errors, and status polling. Leveraged structured clickstream event logging to directly improve platform observability and accelerate root-cause analysis during critical downtime incidents. Backend & Distributed Systems Architecture (Digital Gold & Core BFFs) - Designed and deployed 2 critical BFF (Backend-for-Frontend) services leveraging Java/Spring Boot serving 80+ REST and GraphQL endpoints; engineered a dual-backend write orchestration system to ensure eventual consistency across decoupled ledger infrastructure using synchronous API pipelines and asynchronous Kafka event streams. Engineered user-facing transaction APIs and real-time cross-vendor portfolio aggregators for Navi’s Digital Gold platform, reliably scaling infrastructure to handle 22K+ daily active users and seamless processing of INR 18L+ in daily gold transactions. Optimized high-volume database queries and service layer scaling by introducing structured Redis caching layer for live asset valuations and cross-vendor aggregations, maintaining low latency and safeguarding ledger state accuracy during high-throughput transaction spikes. UI Architecture – Internal Portals & Enterprise Platforms - Architected 3 internal operations portals and a fraud configuration portal from scratch using Vite, React, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit, automating manual workflows and bulk financial reconciliation processes. Provided complete self-serve autonomy to Ops, Finance, Product, and Accounts teams, entirely eliminating engineering dependencies for daily tasks. Mitigated financial vulnerabilities by seamlessly tying the fraud config portal into Navi’s automated fraud filters, directly resulting in the identification and prevention of INR 1Cr+ yearly in fraudulent financial actions. Engineered interactive visual workflow nodes (Directed Acyclic Graphs) using React Flow alongside type-safe Maker-Checker systems and granular role-based access control (RBAC) via TanStack Query.
