Supported stress testing, scenario analysis, and root cause analysis of payment behavior, servicing issues, and delinquency trends, providing actionable recommendations to business stakeholders. Collaborated with Credit Risk, Servicing, Finance, and Compliance teams to provide data-driven insights and optimize SQL queries, improving decision-making and enhancing data retrieval performance.
