Understanding and Analysing Test Requirement. Setting-up meetings with development and BA team regarding clarification of requirements/Business scenarios. Developing test plans and test strategies for the various phases of testing. Wrote and optimized test cases to maximize the success of manual software testing with consistent, thorough approaches. Tracking and preparing the report of test execution like test results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status. Logging test project-related issues in the defect tracking tool (RTC) identified for the project and working with the relevant teams to track the issues to closure. Mapping the test case with the functional requirement in the RQM. Involved in attending calls with clients and other stakeholders regarding project status and defect triage meetings. Preparing various exit criteria documents/reports and following up to get approval from relevant stakeholders. Providing various metrics like defect density, RTM, defect leakage, execution etc. Testbed (Excel Data) creation for all the scenarios and manual test validation for input claims. Responsibilities include effort tracking, and daily status reporting to stakeholders. Having experience in Healthcare Insurance Domain.
