Worked on SAP Ariba (java based legacy procurement product) and Central Invoice Management (CIM), a cloud-native invoicing solution built on SAP BTP, developing and maintaining enterprise backend services. Developed scalable backend REST APIs using Node.js and SAP CAP for End-of-Purpose data retention workflows. Leveraged Git/GitHub, pull requests, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable code integration and deployment. Investigated, debugged, and resolved high-priority (P1) production incidents within a large-scale enterprise codebase, restoring critical contract-based invoice processing and supporting recovery of approximately $3.5 million worth of invoices through corrective backend data operations. Developed and led the adoption of 14 AI-powered developer automation workflows using Claude Code, Playwright, Git, and JIRA, automating the SAP Ariba data-fix lifecycle. Reduced execution time from 45–110 minutes to ~13 minutes (71–88%), decreased rejection rates from 25% to below 5%, and saved 100+ developer hours annually across 4,800+ data-fix operations.
