Worked with the integration between Back Office and ConnectWise Manage to support data flow between the two applications. Used Benthic Software to run SQL queries, insert records and update the data needed for the integration. Followed the backend request flow for Quotes, Opportunities, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders to understand how each transaction is processed. Debugged RequestEntityId to check whether transactions were processed correctly between the Back Office and ConnectWise Manage. Worked with inbound (inflow) and outbound (outflow) integrations and data synchronization between different systems. Worked on Glassbox and Salesforce data mapping by checking field synchronization between Salesforce and the Back Office. Joined discussions and knowledge transfer sessions with senior team members to understand the integration flow and discuss issues during development.
