Scraped and preprocessed 11,500+ hotel reviews using Selenium and Chrome WebDriver, with tokenization and lemmatization for NLP. Clustered reviews via Affinity Propagation to extract key hotel features, then analyzed sentiment with VADER for feature-level insights. Achieved 93% F1-score across Random Forest, XGBoost, and LightGBM using nested cross-validation with hyperparameter optimization. Applied SHAP for feature importance, identifying 18 key actionable opportunities to improve customer satisfaction in the hotel industry.
