Formulated a multi-objective MILP for EOL rooftop solar reverse logistics across a 4-tier network spanning 1,090 households. Designed a linearized incentive-based participation model to maximize household EOL PV collection under EPR policies. Implemented the model in Python (Gurobi 10.0) using ε-constraint and weighted-sum methods for Pareto optimization. Performed Material Flow Analysis (MFA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), identifying silver as the highest-value recovered material. Achieved a 72% optimized EOL panel collection rate, meeting India's EPR compliance targets.
