Reduced requirement ambiguity and rework by translating business needs from Trading (BP&T) and Securities Reference (ITEM/SRM) teams into Java/Spring MVC enhancements and production fixes. Consistently met SLA targets by resolving approximately 20–25 production incidents/tickets per month for a live banking application. Cut recurring incidents by an estimated 20% through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Splunk and SQL (Toad), driving targeted process and configuration fixes.
