Worked on a potential transformation of therapeutic procedures in the treatment of nosocomial Acinetobacter baumannii infections through a detailed study of peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase (PTH). Orchestrated the significant observation of torsional fluctuations in certain amino acids in the active site of the enzyme. Determined a possible new target for essential drug discovery required to mitigate infections. Produced an expansive interspecies comparison of the structure of PTH among different bacteria and fungi based on analysis metrics like percentage similarity and structural deviations.

Performed the extraction of DNA from Cinnamomum tamala (cinnamon) leaves, followed by a diligent RAPD analysis of the DNA obtained from the Cinnamon trees present at the institute. Employed the CTAB method to carry out the extraction of DNA from freshly collected cinnamon leaves with highly successful results obtained from gel electrophoresis. Conducted an evaluative study on different primers for RAPD analysis to identify the most effective primers for PCR. Produced an effective comparative result between two model trees based on genetic disparities.

Developed a smart virtual assistant capable of comprehending and working in the field of medicine using Python and MySQL on PyCharm Community. Programmed the virtual assistant to suggest possible underlying medical conditions based on the symptoms provided by the user. Built and maintained structured databases using MySQL to store and retrieve the symptoms and corresponding diseases, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Other functions also programmed into the assistant including weather forecast, playing songs, and retrieving quotes.
