Monitored log, network and endpoint telemetry across global client environments using Splunk, QRadar and Sentinel, triaging 10–30 alerts daily. Investigated NTLM brute force, RDP session nesting and suspicious DNS activity end to end, defining remediation actions within SLA timeframes. Conducted phishing and Business Email Compromise investigations, mapping findings to MITRE ATT&CK to strengthen detection coverage. Coordinated containment and recovery with EDR, network and platform teams and directly with customers under live SLAs. Documented 20–40 incidents weekly in ServiceNow, maintaining audit trails that supported detection playbook improvements. Assessed network and endpoint risk using TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP analysis.
