Integrated 10+ heterogeneous data sources (APIs, WMS, OSM, dashboards), improving data freshness and reliability. Improved system performance via SSG, caching, and optimized data handling, reducing load times and improving scalability by 40%. Improved UX and content discoverability across 100+ pages by redesigning Mega Menu and integrating user analytics tools (Hotjar, MS Clarity, Google Analytics etc). Conducted PR reviews and code quality checks while contributing to system design discussions, feature planning, and milestone execution. Secured and managed multiple non-profit technology grants (AWS, Azure, GCP, ArcGIS, Google Workspace), reducing software and cloud costs by lakhs annually (80–100% cost reduction in some tools).
