Developed Power BI dashboards for RAN Soft AT and Nokia hardware alarm analysis, covering Critical and Service-Affecting alarms across 2G, 4G and 5G, including alarm count, occurrence dates and duration-based analysis. Developed and maintained Power BI dashboards for hardware parameter acceptance across multiple OEMs in Ericsson-Bharti maintenance and service operations.
