B2B Rocket – AI Sales Engagement Platform: Designed a provider-agnostic OAuth2 framework in a standalone authentication microservice and implemented five providers on it: HubSpot, Zoho (multi-datacenter), Google, Microsoft and Calendly, with HMAC-signed expiring state parameters and rotating signing-key support. Shipped the HubSpot webhook receiver and activity-sync pipeline with timing-safe HMAC-SHA256 verification, OAuth token refresh and idempotent MongoDB upserts, making replayed events safe across six activity types. Led the frontend half of a Firebase-to-Auth0 migration, replacing the auth context, JWT and session handling and sign-in flows behind a feature flag with Firebase fallback, plus Google and Microsoft popup login. Closed two production trust-boundary flaws: scoped Authorization-header injection to the API gateway domain to stop token leakage, and removed a client-supplied header that let the browser assert its own identity. Implemented the gateway-layer auth path in Caddy, rewriting a JWT from an httpOnly cookie into an Authorization header for downstream microservices, and fixed an invalid CORS configuration. Carry the production on-call pager for authentication failures, owning diagnosis and resolution of auth incidents. Diagnosed a malformed api-version encoding bug inside the Azure AI Agents SDK that was rejecting vector-store requests, and resolved it with a custom request-pipeline policy. Reduced hallucinated output in AI sequence generation with an allow-list filtering invalid step types before persistence, a grounding system-prompt clause, and per-call token and latency logging. Integrated a GPT-based copywriting agent with streaming responses and AI-assisted template generation, and built the agent-builder interface in React. Added a safeguard that auto-pauses campaigns once bounce rate crosses threshold, protecting sending-domain reputation from a single bad lead list.
