Built and maintained the technical documentation set (procedures, records and audit evidence) mapped against the standard's clauses, tracking documents so the client entered internal audit with no outstanding evidence gaps. Coordinated documentation, timelines and deliverables across workstreams and ran site visits and internal audits, turning recorded non-conformities into a prioritised corrective-action list for the client.
