End-to-end travel application supporting flight, hotel, car, activity, deals, and cruise bookings using points, promo codes, and cash redemptions for bank customers and call center representatives. Analyzed requirements and designed test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and RTM. Executed Smoke, Functional, Sanity, Regression, and Adhoc tests across sprint cycles. Performed ADA accessibility testing using NVDA screen reader tool. Conducted language/translation testing for Chinese, Hong Kong, Thai, and Spanish locales.
