Implemented a 4-step FAQ retrieval pipeline using Django, sentence-transformers, all-MiniLM-L6-v2, and NumPy cosine similarity to support exact error-code matching, semantic FAQ search, threshold-based fallback, and query audit logging. Built REST API and database workflows using Django REST Framework, Django ORM, SQLite/MySQL, and JSON validation for FAQ suggestions, FAQ search, product listing, query logs, and user feedback collection. Developed support operations tooling with a login-protected web dashboard, Excel FAQ import flow, embedding rebuild commands, and a zero-dependency embeddable JavaScript chat widget for external website FAQ support.
