Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams to investigate and clear aged open items, reducing outstanding balance ageing and strengthening intercompany accounting accuracy. Deliver audit-ready documentation and schedules for internal and external audits, achieving zero audit findings across all engagements to date, in support of SOX and internal controls requirements. Design and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cash management and reconciliation workflows, standardizing processes across the team and reducing new team member ramp-up time. Redesigned journal entry tracker template and reconciliation dashboard, reducing reconciliation preparation time by approximately 25% through Excel automation and process improvements. Resolved internal and external stakeholder queries, ensuring timely issue resolution and effective cross-functional collaboration.
