Analyzing business requirements and functional specifications to identify test scenarios, dependencies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Designed, reviewed and executed detailed test cases and prepared test data for diverse POS transaction scenarios. Performed end-to-end functional, integration and regression testing for acquiring and issuing POS transactions. Validated POS transaction types including purchase, refund, reversal and authorization using BASE24, Vision Plus, MAS, VTS and Finsim. Analyzed ISO 8583 sender and receiver messages and transaction logs to validate message flows and troubleshoot transaction issues. Worked with Single Message System (SMS) and Dual Message System (DMS), including validation of clearing and settlement processes. Tested payment processing scenarios across VISA and MasterCard environments using transaction simulators. Performed settlement validation covering batch processing, fund transfers and transaction reconciliation, supporting daily settlement accuracy. Identified, documented and tracked defects, collaborated with developers and cross-functional stakeholders through resolution and closure. Used JIRA and HP ALM for defect tracking, test case management, reporting and project management. Participated in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, task tracking, defect discussions and test-result communication. Worked closely with developers and stakeholders on defects, data dependencies, release timelines and test outcomes.
