Apria basically provides medical equipment to patients living in America at their homes. We were essentially like money collectors from the insurance companies. We needed to look into the issues with the insurance companies, making virtual contact via calls and emails. It was a target-based job. We used to provide details to the insurance companies, such as medical records or any other information they needed of the patient, as the DME provider information. We used to provide them with that information to clear out the payments they had on hold.
