Perform functional, sanity, regression, and release validation of the BQPhy Optimization Library across Python and MATLAB environments. Design, maintain, and execute test cases for optimization problems, covering valid inputs, invalid inputs, edge cases, expected outputs, error handling, and numerical behaviour. Validate each library release across supported Python and MATLAB versions to identify functional and performance regressions before release approval. Execute benchmark cases on CPU and GPU configurations and compare results across software versions and execution environments.
