Prepared e-commerce sales and performance reports covering order volume, GMV, net revenue, product sales, category trends, regional performance, marketplace sales, and international sales movement. Used SQL to extract, join, clean, and validate order, product, customer, category, seller, shipment, region, payment, return, and sales datasets for accurate analysis and reporting. Built interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to monitor revenue trends, product performance, return/cancellation patterns, marketplace contribution, and business growth across sales channels. Created recurring MIS reports and business review dashboards for management to track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against business targets. Performed data quality checks for duplicate orders, missing product details, incorrect category mapping, cancelled orders, returned transactions, inconsistent region names, and invalid sales values. Used Python, Excel, Power Query, and DAX to clean datasets, automate repetitive reporting steps, calculate business KPIs, and improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time. Coordinated with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver business-ready dashboards, KPI summaries, and actionable insights.
