Developed a secure Vendor Portal from scratch using Java 21, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, Spring Security, JWT and SQL Server, enabling partners to securely access operational and business information. Integrated ExchangeRate API for real-time currency conversion and SendGrid for automated email notifications and communication workflows. Built the Project Summary dashboard and Supply, Margin, Termination, Rejection, RFQ and expense-reporting modules to track project value, expenses, margins and operational performance through filters, drill-down analysis, CSV processing and PDF generation. Automated previously manual business workflows, including client-onboarding activities and periodic operational processes, using scheduled cron jobs. Integrated Redis caching into the Opinion Bureau product and optimised SQL Server queries using indexing, CTEs, joins, stored procedures and query refactoring. Containerised and deployed Sales PASMT on AWS using Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, ECR and EC2, supporting pod monitoring, Grafana-based monitoring, log analysis, deployment verification and production troubleshooting.
