Engineered a real-time attendance system with multi-factor anti-spoofing using Python, OpenCV, MediaPipe, and InsightFace embeddings, achieving 98% recognition accuracy. Designed and implemented a multi-factor liveness detection pipeline combining active challenges (blink, smile, and head movements) with passive spoof detection using depth variance, optical flow, and Laplacian sharpness, achieving 96.8% anti-spoofing accuracy. Built FastAPI-based RESTful APIs for real-time authentication and attendance logging, integrating sequential identity and liveness verification to complete the end-to-end process in 2–5 seconds.
