Built a real-time system that detects exam malpractice from a CCTV feed and emails administrators photo evidence. Trained a YOLOv8 Nano model on a 4-class Roboflow dataset using Google Colab and evaluated it with precision, recall and mAP50 on a validation set. Designed a SQLite database logging timestamp, class, confidence score and batch ID for every detection, to support audit and reporting. Wrote SQL queries and built a Power BI dashboard to analyze detections by violation type, time of day and confidence. Built a Flask dashboard for live monitoring and automated email alerts with 5 violation frames per batch. Tested 15 cases across detection, email, streaming and database modules, with all passing.
