Modernized a legacy Angular analytics dashboard by rebuilding it with React and TypeScript, while optimizing frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and asset caching to increase Lighthouse scores from 60–70 to consistently 90+. Sole owner of migrating 5+ production microservices from Angular to React, preserving business functionality and backend API compatibility while improving frontend maintainability and consistency.
