Led the migration of document storage from Azure Blob to AWS S3 by designing scalable presigned URL–based upload/download APIs, introducing a MongoDB metadata layer, and implementing dual-mode fallback logic to support 10+ existing production workflows across web and mobile applications. Fixed a production slot aggregation issue by optimizing availability calculation logic and preventing negative state propagation, restoring accurate slot counts across APIs and improving effective order capacity. Designed and implemented an order address update workflow with serviceability validation, slot re-evaluation, and conditional phlebo reassignment to maintain consistent booking state across scalable backend workflows. Designed and implemented a production cron job to process large CSV uploads from S3 in batches of 1,000 records, using cursor-based tracking and asynchronous batch processing to enable resumable execution and safe recovery from failures. Designed a secure document upload and retrieval flow using S3 presigned URLs, enabling direct client uploads with backend-managed metadata and time-bound signed URLs for controlled access and verification. Owned the end-to-end backend implementation for supporting document workflows across multiple services, handling upload, retrieval, soft deletion, and verification of consent/TRF documents for both mobile apps and internal portals.
