Built Google Reviews integration using OAuth 2.0, review synchronization, Redis-based deduplication/locking and DeepSeek-powered auto-replies. Developed AI-assisted appointment booking workflows with backend slot validation to reject invalid bookings; built an embeddable chatbot widget with configurable UI. Used k6 load tests and timing instrumentation to identify database session issues, repeated HTTP connection creation, blocking operations and PostgreSQL row-lock contention. Implemented shared HTTP connection pooling, background processing, a dedicated executor and Redis INCR + Lua counter updates. Reduced message-initialization latency from 2-4 seconds to 600-900 ms; recorded 938 ms p95 webhook latency at 50 virtual users in load tests. Built an operations dashboard consolidating Uptime Kuma, Portainer, pgAdmin, RedisInsight and customer analytics; added Telegram alerts and documented production infrastructure. Fixed a frontend CI/CD issue by pulling the latest code before the Next.js build and PM2 restart, preventing deployments of outdated code.
