Built a full-stack e-commerce platform using React.js (frontend) and Spring Boot microservices (backend), enabling customers to browse products, manage a cart, and complete secure checkout. Designed a normalized MySQL schema spanning 8 entities supporting the full purchase workflow. Implemented JWT-based stateless authentication and BCrypt password hashing with Spring Security, enforcing role-based access control for CUSTOMER and ADMIN roles. Developed a dedicated payment microservice with its own database, integrating the Razorpay API for order creation and HMAC-based signature verification. Engineered transactional order processing that validates stock, creates orders, and rolls back inventory changes on payment failure to ensure data consistency. Built and consumed RESTful APIs across six-plus modules from a responsive React frontend with protected routes. Authored complete system design documentation and resolved real defects through systematic debugging.

Built a full-stack task and project management application using a microservices architecture with independent Auth and Task services routed through a Spring Cloud API Gateway. Implemented secure JWT-based authentication with password encryption, protected backend APIs, protected frontend routes, and automatic session-expiration handling. Designed ownership-based authorization so users can create, view, update, and delete only their own projects and tasks, preventing cross-user data access. Developed project and task management features including task status and priority tracking, plus a dashboard summarizing project and task activity. Built a My Tasks view supporting filtering by status, priority, and search text across all of a user's projects. Built the React frontend with a centralized Axios instance for JWT attachment and centralized handling of authentication failures.
