Designed and built a fully normalized 7-table relational database spanning 16 years of operating history for an automation consulting firm — covering employees, departments, job titles, offices, clients, projects, and workforce assignments — with a realistic client acquisition timeline, an industry-diverse project portfolio, staged office expansion, documented design decisions, and a data validation suite. Developed 16 business-driven analytical queries across four progressive categories — workforce and compensation, organizational structure, client and project portfolio, and cross-domain analysis — using multi-CTE chains, Window Functions, date-based tenure analysis, and executive-level portfolio reporting. Built a Python analytical layer with Pandas and Matplotlib to extend selected SQL outputs into time-series, distribution, investment, and portfolio visualizations. Synthesized the full analysis into an executive business case study identifying company strengths and operational risks, including workforce concentration and client dependency.
