Designed Moina.ai, an AI-driven WhatsApp Business platform using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL (pgvector), enabling automated RAG-based chatbot responses from user-uploaded documents (PDF, Excel) and scraped website data, while following clean code, REST API, and Object-Oriented Programming best practices. Decoupled intensive data processing by implementing an event-driven microservice architecture using Kafka, designing producers and consumers with idempotent message handling and schema evolution to shift heavy text extraction and vector embedding generation off the main API thread, applying Data Structures and Algorithms choices and Object-Oriented Programming principles for reusable, well-documented code. Integrated Meta's Cloud API for WhatsApp Business, building REST API-driven systems for bulk campaign broadcasting and a multi-agent shared inbox with real-time updates via Socket.io, following coding standards and security best practices. Designed Edwid E-commerce Template using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js, decoupled into expandable microservices with BullMQ-powered background job queues handling retries, concurrency, and dead-letter queues (DLQs) for async order and notification workflows, with REST APIs connecting frontend and backend services.
