Integrated a remote medical assessment journey into an underwriting platform and enabled appointment rescheduling across underwriting decisions and remote-consultation workflows, progressing the change through UAT and release environments. Delivered a third-party payer flow for an annuity journey, validating PAN, mobile number and payer relationship while integrating KYC/AML checks with proposal and payment services; cleared UAT. Automated Form 97 generation and document-management upload for annuity applications without PAN while preserving the existing PAN-available flow; cleared UAT. Implemented encrypted request/response handling for workflow APIs using Angular, TypeScript, HttpClient and environment-specific endpoints; supported release testing. Resolved a production iOS defect blocking an online health-disclosure workflow and validated UI state, database persistence and upstream/downstream integrations with no recorded data impact.
