Analyzed business and functional requirements to understand application behavior and testing scope. Prepared test scenarios and detailed test cases covering positive and negative test conditions. Performed functional, smoke, sanity, regression and retesting activities for application releases. Executed test cases, documented actual results, and compared them with expected results. Identified, documented and tracked defects with clear reproduction steps, severity and priority using defect-tracking tools. Performed defect retesting after fixes and supported regression testing to ensure existing functionality was not impacted. Collaborated with developers and team members to clarify requirements, discuss defects and support timely resolution. Performed UI validation and cross-checking of application workflows and data against expected business behavior. Used SQL queries for basic database validation and verification of application data. Created and maintained locators using XPath and CSS Selectors and worked with common Selenium WebDriver commands.
