Implemented an internal RunPod infrastructure orchestration tool using FastAPI & Docker to dynamically release 5 idle AMD Instinct MI300X GPUs and reacquire and reload model weights upon task triggers, reducing infrastructure costs from $336 to approximately $84 per day (reducing runtime from 24 hours to 6 hours). Designed and built backend for PoC cloud infrastructure system using FastAPI, Prisma & Docker, implementing EC2-equivalent compute service using KVM via libvirt and altering host iptables for inter-VM network access and isolation. Developed an object storage engine that handled file chunking and distribution on upload in Python and streamed reconstructed files on retrieval in FastAPI from multiple NAS disk stations for S3-like storage. Built multiple end-to-end automated pipelines using FastAPI & Docker that consumed data from Prisma on specific triggers to queue stocks and F&O trades via Redis Queue for execution on Kite using the KiteConnect SDK. Built automated web-scraping workflows using FastAPI, Selenium, CronJobs & Docker to extract announcements, transcripts and brokerage reports and using LLMs to extract and parse unstructured data to store it in Prisma.
