Developed and enhanced Python-based automation converting Tableau workbook metadata (.twb/.twbx) into Power BI Project (PBIP) structures, generating PBI project components and metadata from parsed Tableau information. Worked with Power BI TMDL/JSON metadata, visual configuration templates, calculated-field metadata, data-source mappings, and dashboard-level structures. Contributed to visual generation by selecting templates and mapping fields such as Category, Details, and Values to generated Power BI visual configurations. Worked with migration logic for handling different data sources, including Excel, CSV, and database-based sources, as part of the Tableau-to-Power BI conversion process.
