Contributed to research and early-stage design of a smart dilution planning platform intended to help laboratory users choose a practical, efficient method for preparing solutions at a target concentration. Researched direct powder dispensing, stock/intermediate-solution dilution, and multi-step serial dilution, and worked through how stock concentration, target concentration, final volume, and practical constraints affect method selection. Explored comparing feasible methods using number of steps, estimated reagent use, preparation time, accuracy considerations, and cost, and contributed to planning a software simulation/interface to show a recommended dilution path and record previous runs for future review.
