Designed and shipped tenant-isolated REST APIs (FastAPI, Next.js) for a multi-tenant Learning Management System serving 1,000+ users across multiple organizations, with zero cross-tenant data leaks in production. Improved search relevance by 40% combining semantic vector search with PostgreSQL Full-Text Search via Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF), raising top-result accuracy across both code and documentation corpora. Built a document ingestion pipeline with metadata-aware chunking, embedding generation, and SHA-256-based incremental indexing for Markdown, HTML, SQL, and PDF sources, so only changed documents were re-embedded instead of the full corpus. Implemented JWT/OAuth (Google/Apple) authentication, biometric login, and org-level RBAC with PyCasbin; built role-based instructor dashboards for course subscriptions, progress tracking, assessments, certificates, and learning analytics across organizations. Migrated the production mobile app from Flutter to React Native (AI-assisted with Cursor) and built an asynchronous video processing pipeline (upload, transcoding, playlists, drafts) for user-generated course content. Automated infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and integrated Vitest/Playwright into CI/CD, reducing broken deployments to GCP.
