Developed a runtime DHCPv6 relay auto-configuration feature using CONFIG_DB and SubscriberStateTable for dynamic configuration updates. Implemented DHCPv6 server add/remove operations without requiring relay service or container restarts, improving service availability. Added CONFIG_DB subscription and runtime configuration synchronization to automatically apply relay configuration changes. Built, deployed, and validated Debian (.deb) packages on SONiC DUT using sonic-mgmt and unit testing, verifying dynamic reconfiguration without relay process restart.
