Redesigned the Vans for Sale page, Discover section and Insight pages for Big Bear Vans, dynamic listings and individual build-detail pages using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, structuring content to be managed through the admin dashboard so the team can add new inventory without touching code. Optimized 390+ images (reducing file sizes from 2-5MB to under 180KB, a ~90-95% reduction) and rebuilt page layouts, cutting section load times from 5-10 seconds to under a second across desktop and mobile. Built and customized responsive, mobile-first storefronts for Vankea and Van Parts Outlet using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid, including product pages, navigation, filters, FAQs, and dynamic sections. Debugged and resolved a Shopify template issue by creating and assigning independent templates for each product layout, eliminating cross-product styling bugs. Managed end-to-end onboarding of 50+ products and maintained three concurrent production codebases.
