In my role, I was responsible for end-to-end data analysis and reporting activities that supported business decision-making. My key responsibilities included collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from multiple sources such as databases, Excel files, and business applications to ensure data accuracy and consistency. I designed, developed, and maintained interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational metrics in real time. I worked extensively with DAX to create calculated measures, perform time intelligence analysis, and optimize report performance. Additionally, I collaborated closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights. I was also responsible for validating data, troubleshooting report issues, and automating recurring reports to improve efficiency. The products and services I supported primarily focused on business intelligence and analytics solutions, helping management and operational teams track performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
