Working as a Frontend Developer to develop responsive, reusable, and pixel-perfect UI components from scratch by converting Figma designs to code using React/Next.js in an Agile (Scrum) development environment. Developed the Admin Module with functionalities to view, add, and delete admins, including colleague search functionality with debounce for performance optimization, discount Module pages like View All Discount Events, Discount Event Details and colleague-facing pages like Discount Card Activation etc. Integrated frontend UI with backend APIs using RTK Query(Redux Toolkit). Implemented autosave functionality in textarea of meeting notes for Consultation Tool application using interval based approach to avoid sudden loss of written long content in the textarea after session expired. Conducted code reviews, provided constructive feedback, and collaborated with UX designers, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams during story refinement, brainstorming sessions, and sprint planning to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Leveraged Microsoft Copilot, an AI-powered development tool, to accelerate software development, streamline engineering workflows, and enhance engineering productivity.
