Building AICostBuild — an AI-powered MEPF BOQ-to-tender platform that cuts turnaround from 2–3 days to under 15 minutes; owns full-stack architecture, AI pipeline, and AWS deployment end-to-end. Architected a LangGraph-based AI orchestration pipeline routing tasks across Claude (Sonnet), Llama 3.1, and Vision models; built RAG over 50 past projects (18K+ BOQ line items) via pgvector targeting ±5% costing accuracy. Engineered the complete data pipeline — multi-format Excel/PDF BOQ ingest to canonical JSON, MEPF/Solar/Civil classifier, and ERP rate-matching engine with Redis cache and webhook-based invalidation. Built a YAML-driven compliance engine enforcing NBC 2016, NFPA 13/14, IS 732, and IS 3043; wired end-to-end from costed BOQ through gap detection to auto-generated tender Word doc with compliance notes.
