Proactively monitored and analyzed network and telecom infrastructure performance to ensure maximum uptime, optimal throughput, and minimal latency across enterprise and carrier-grade environments. Executed routine maintenance activities including firmware updates, LAN switch upgrades, WLAN access point upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and security compliance. Monitored key performance indicators (KPIs) including eMBB, URLLC, mMTC, availability, site traffic, disk utilization, UL/ATT values, and overall network health to ensure SLA compliance. Utilized network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, NetBrain, SNMP, Wireshark, ServiceNow, and EMS platforms to proactively detect, analyze, and resolve network issues. Implemented and managed SNMP configurations for proactive network monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking. Managed inventory, ticketing, configuration management, alarm configuration, MIMO path settings, and EMS configurations based on site type and vendor requirements. Generated performance and operational reports using Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous service improvement. Maintained comprehensive documentation including network diagrams, configurations, incident reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support audits, compliance, and operational readiness. Demonstrated strong expertise in VPN, IPsec, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, and OSI model, with hands-on experience troubleshooting large-scale enterprise and telecom network environments.
