Designed a reusable component library for multi-level and parallel claim-approval flows, eliminating duplicated form and status-tracking logic and reducing development time for new approval features by 30%. Implemented role-based (RBAC) approval workflows with hierarchical approvals, parallel routing, and status transitions using custom React hooks, Redux Toolkit, REST and GraphQL APIs, powering 1K+ monthly claim approvals.
