Built and maintained Monday Aniston, a company-wide internal task management system used by 35–40 employees. Designed a 4-tier RBAC system with a manager approval workflow (accept/reject/revision) — turned a rough internal process into a reliable, self-serve system. Built an internal marketing automation platform: contact management, bulk import, and scheduled/triggered campaign delivery - replacing manual outreach with a repeatable workflow. Built analytics dashboards tracking delivery status, bounce rates, and campaign performance.
