Engineered the core AI processing modules for the Instant Ownership Check (IOC) platform to automate property title verification and fraud risk analysis for secured lending using Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, FastAPI, and SQL. Developed robust NLP and OCR pipelines utilizing BERT and LayoutLM models, achieving a 90%+ accuracy rate in extracting critical transaction histories and ownership chains. Built a spatial-comparable machine learning model to cross-reference target asset values against recent localized registration data. Trained specialized anomaly detection models to proactively flag high-risk indicators.
