Developed a multi-role e-commerce platform supporting Customer, Merchant, and Transporter portals. Built 17+ RESTful web services for registration, authentication, product search, cart management, order booking, and delivery tracking using Java Servlets and Spring Framework. Designed 9 normalized database tables in MySQL covering OTP transactions, user management, product catalog, cart, and order management. Implemented multi-role authentication flow with OTP verification, password validation, and new user registration. Engineered automated transporter assignment logic that auto-assigns the most available transporter if unaccepted within 15 minutes. Developed backend for product customization, scheduled delivery selection, and perishable/non-perishable product classification.
