Built and operated production systems with Next.js 14, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, MongoDB/Mongoose, NextAuth/Passport, Razorpay, Cloudinary, Redis and Vercel. Reached ₹50K+ cumulative GMV, 60+ creators and brands, 7,000+ active users, and approximately 100-200 new users/day; platform was processing roughly 2-3 sales/day by Sep 2026. Designed seller economics and marketplace logic including creator base-cost margins, brand commission rules, conditional fees, shipping allocation, dynamic/flat/free shipping modes, pricing/rounding logic and customer-facing all-inclusive pricing. Implemented/managed payment and post-purchase flows including Razorpay checkout, cancellation/refund APIs, guest-account edge cases, multi-shipment messaging and checkout funnel instrumentation. Owned operational product decisions across manufacturing partners, QC, packaging, shipping, customer support, returns, creator onboarding and seller communication; worked with Delhivery/Qikink workflows and planned Shiprocket-based domestic logistics. Improved production reliability and cost efficiency through Redis caching, media optimization, image-host configuration, deployment debugging, MongoDB Atlas troubleshooting and Cloudinary usage optimization.
