Extended a multi-tenant CRM platform with a channel-adapter ingestion layer that consolidated 4 lead channels into one automatically tracked pipeline, using idempotent webhook handling and email/phone deduplication so a prospect arriving on several channels resolved to a single lead. Designed and solely owned the dashboard and analytics service — 10+ REST endpoints covering funnel conversion, per-channel attribution, rep performance and time-in-stage — built on window-function aggregations in HQL over tenant-scoped queries with per-metric Redis caching, replacing manual spreadsheet reporting for 400+ users across SMB OEM tenants. Built an autonomous LinkedIn lead-sourcing agent and integrated it as a first-class CRM channel, routing sourced prospects through the same normalization and deduplication path — replacing 3–4 hours/day of manual social-media prospecting. Integrated the SAP Sales Order OData API to hand qualified deals into the order process, mapping CRM records to sales-order payloads and surfacing rejections back to the user; delivered under a tight pre-sales deadline that helped the team close the deal against two competitors. Designed a multi-team monorepo framework that cut development effort by 40%, adopted company-wide; shipped features end-to-end through GCP deployment in Agile sprints.
