Experience of Branch operation like (Teller, Clearing, Deposit, Loan, RTGS/NEFT). Understanding the new requirements as per RBI Guidelines and Implement that in Software. Perform UAT testing on products like ATM, Mobile banking, CBS, RTGS/NEFT etc. SFMS, Ekuber, NGRTGS Operation handling. After UAT testing successfully completed, implement it on production/live environment. For that take backup of existing system, and with proper approved change management documentation. Technical Support for the existing software and newly implemented software’s/products. If any problem occurs in it, then take action to resolve it, it may include raise a call to vendor and take follow up till the issue resolve. Handling the data centre, it includes maintenance of the data center equipment’s, Includes servers, modems etc. Installing and Monitoring of the antivirus (Set policy as per requirement). Taking and maintaining regular backups of servers and applications. Take a part in DR drill’s activity and maintain documentations for it. Handle the IT audits, VAPT audit and compliance the audit points. CBS Related new Functionality as per RBI Regulations.
