Developed NTUC reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI by integrating Dataverse data. Created role-based data models and optimized report performance while ensuring secure data access. Developed interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and published them to Power BI Service. Worked on Microsoft Fabric using Lakehouse, Dataflow Gen2, Notebooks, Warehouse and Pipelines to build end-to-end data solutions. Extracted data from Dataverse and integrated data from Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines and external files into Microsoft Fabric. Developed PySpark Notebooks for data transformation, data cleansing, and business rule implementation. Created and managed Semantic Models to support scalable and efficient reporting. Designed optimized data models and developed DAX measures and calculated columns to meet business reporting requirements. Implemented Row-Level-Security (RLS) to provide secure, role-based access to reports and datasets. Scheduled and monitored data refreshes for sematic models and reports in Power BI Service. Deployed reports and semantic models across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Collaborated with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven reporting solutions. Performed reports testing, data validation, and performance optimization to ensure accurate and reliable business insights. Developed SQL queries using PIVOT and UNPIVOT operations to transform data between row and column formats for reporting and analytical requirements. Created reusable DAX measures to implement dynamic business calculations, KPIs, and time intelligence functions for interactive Power BI reports. Developed calculated columns using DAX to derive business attributes, classifications, and custom calculations within the data model. Built data transformation pipelines using Power Query (M Language) to cleanse, merge, append, pivot/unpivot and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting.
